⦁ 3BR Townhouse at AED 3,500,000: Pay AED 35,000 per month during construction, AED 1,050,000 on handover

⦁ 4BR Townhouse at AED 4,300,000: Pay AED 43,000 per month during construction, AED 1,290,000 on handover

⦁ 4BR Townhouse Premium at AED 4,550,000: Pay AED 45,500 per month during construction, AED 1,365,000 on handover

⦁ 5BR Semi Detached Villa at AED 5,250,000: Pay AED 52,500 per month during construction, AED 1,575,000 on handover

⦁ 5BR Twin Villa at AED 7,200,000: Pay AED 72,000 per month during construction, AED 2,160,000 on handover

Additional Payment Notes

⦁ Government Fee: 4% DLD (Dubai Land Department) fee applicable on purchase price

⦁ Cash Buyer Discount: Up to 10% discount available for full cash payment

⦁ Golden Visa: All units above AED 2M qualify for the UAE 10-Year Golden Visa
