Krisumi Corporation is a Gurugram-based real-estate developer created as a joint venture between Sumitomo Corporation of Japan and Krishna Group of India. The company combines Japanese design and construction standards with local market experience.

Krisumi mainly focuses on premium and luxury residential development in Gurugram. Its projects are concentrated in Sector 36A, close to Dwarka Expressway and NH-48, giving residents connectivity to major parts of Gurugram and Delhi NCR.

One of its key developments is Waterfall Residences, a luxury residential project in Sector 36A. The project includes modern apartments, landscaped areas, swimming pools, gym facilities, resident lounges, security, power backup, and other lifestyle amenities.

The company has also developed Waterfall Suites and Waterside Residences as part of its growing residential portfolio. Waterside Residences includes premium apartments and has been designed with contributions from Japanese design firms.
