Bestech Group is an established Indian real-estate developer founded in 1992 by Dharamendra Bhandari and Sunil Satija. The company is headquartered in Gurugram and has built a strong presence across residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality developments.

Gurugram is the group’s key market. Bestech has developed several residential communities and business projects across important sectors of the city, including locations in New Gurugram and Golf Course Extension Road.
